Return Policy

We want all our customers to receive top quality goods so if you think there is a fault with an item you have received, please let us know straight away by contacting our Customer Care Team. We will aim to resolve any issue with a faulty item as quickly as possible but we need you to tell us as soon as you discover the fault so we can resolve the issue for you. Please include as many details as possible about the order and the problem with the goods and we will get an alternative sorted out for you.

PLEASE NOTE: We guarantee your satisfaction and if you are not happy with your purchase you can simple return and get refund or exchange to other items. Item must return within in 10 days after you received it and should be in original condition. Also, No shipping fee is refundable in any circumstance.(except defect of item) When you return item, we have to give you refund less shipping. and when you exchange size, you need to pay another shipping charge so please check size info carefully

Only if you make a mistake by your decision due to return and refund, ( we will not accept to refund after you received from us. as follows reason The wrong size, material choose the wrong purchases ) also we will refund that except for the doubling of the first shipping because we had shipping a half of the support for customers to buy our products. Please before ordering, you need once more thinking.

Please Note: Our inventory turns over rapidly, and we cannot hold items for international exchange. If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item. Unfortunately, we cannot cover shipping costs for international exchanges except in cases where we have made an error.

We always mark all shipment as gift and even willing to lower the total value for you but when your country's custom office ask for tax you need to pay for it. We can not do anything about it and it's your country's law. DO NOT blame us or ask us to pay your tax because it's your responsibility.

Refunds are not available for sale items( SPECIAL EVENT ITEMS ). All items indicated as FINAL SALE are not eligible for a return or exchange. Please do not return sale items to us, they will be shipped back to the customer.
